Lacey Creek & Meadow Assessment

Completion of an assessment of the Lacey Creek/Meadows watershed on the Little Truckee River and upstream of Stampede Reservoir. The area to be evaluated has been subject to severe erosion and head cutting of the streambed. The assessment report will include (1) an evaluation of the geomorphic, hydrologic, and biological processes affecting the area, and (2) a restoration plan with cost estimates and sequencing plan.

Completion of this project directly supports improvement of the Truckee River Watershed and water quality upstream of TMWA intakes.
