Aleck Streambank Restoration

The project involves the stabilization of Truckee River banks on the Pyramid Lake Paiute Reservation in Nixon, Nevada.  These improvements will prevent shearing/head-cutting  of the banks during future flood events.  Approximately 1500 lineal feet of river bank will be stabilized.

This project improves overall Truckee River water quality which translates into resource benefits to TMWA.
