Chalk Creek TDS Loading to Truckee River Study: Possible TDS mitigation and pollution trade for TMWRF on Truckee River TDS TMDL

Installation of flow and quality monitoring equipment on Chalk Creek so that loading from the toatl dissolved solids (TDS) can be quantified. This will benefit the entire community. If it is determined that the Chalk Creek is indeed a signficant source of TDS that can be mitigated at a reasonable cost, then the TDS loading to the Truckee River may be reduced.
